When in Greece

I've always dreamed of going to Greece since I was 7 (Hercules fan over here). Little did I know it was going to come true this year. Not exactly how I planned it to be, but it was still an amazing experience.

A little something about my trip.. It was a 5 day educational trip to Greece sponsored by my school (or at least half of the price haha wink*). We traveled via Minoan Lines Cruise Europa and bus. We visited Meteora, Acropolis, Delphi, and more but unfortunately I forgot the names haha sorry. It was fairly hot in Greece. I actually like the weather there.. And the people, Oh-my-gosh, they were all very nice! They were the nicest and the most hospitable people ever. hmm.. what else? I can't tell that much difference on the stuffs sold there, basically because we didn't had enough time to shop (very disappointing, right?). I got some souvenirs though, they were very cheap (around 1 to 12 euros, depending on how big the figurines are). All I can say is, Our trip was very educational, to the point where I was literally falling asleep. HAHA kidding. Well, That's it! Will I go back to Greece? Yes, of course. But hopefully next time, I'll be visiting the greek islands.

Anyway, here are some photos from my trip.

Wu-Tang Clan

I have a little OOTD for you lovies! Sorry, I haven't been posting that much but I will try to post more often again. On to the outfit... Here, I am wearing an oversized shirt and a pair of thigh high leather boots. This is kind of a go-to-lazy outfit for me (shirts/flannels plus boots), whenever I feel like going out to buy a couple of things or some needs. I also brought an oversized flannel with me for a cover up.

Plaid it. (plus some tips)

Hi, Lovies! Here is a simple yet posh outfit I wore today. As you all know, my love for black is eternal. Here, I just went with my all-black-everyday outfit,  added a plaid wool scarf *for a little color and a black tote bag.

It's really hard to look posh everyday when it's winter (or at least for me). That feeling when you just want to wear a thigh high leather boots with a fitted wool dress and feel like a model with shopping bags hanging all over your arms, but you can't because you will literally freeze to death (The "Tiis-Ganda" look haha). Trust me, been there, done that and died (hahaha kidding but I got sick though). I was that Tiis-Ganda girl before, until I've learned how to layer things up without looking like a messed up confused fashion blogger. You see, layering or accessorizing makes your outfit turn from simple to it-took-me-an-hour-to-put-this-all-together outfit. Details makes an outfit interesting. Like for example, if I wore a plane black boots without laces and a plane black scarf, I would look like I was heading straight to a funeral (I'd still dig that all black outfit though). Are you getting anything of what I am saying here? hahahahaha! What I'm trying to say is, you can spice things up a little by adding layers or details to your outfit, but I recommend picking at least 2 to 3 different shades of color only or you will just look like a colorful piƱata. But still! it's all up to you! Wear what you want to wear. Besides, Style is a way of expressing oneself.
